The primary objective of this program is to train the factory workmen, supervisors and executives to develop a better workplace and improved production system.

WBP participants will be equipped with 5s, lean tools, kaizen & poka-yoke concepts and industry best practices to improve their efficiency in the office environment. Tips and tricks in MS Office will also be introduced.

This training program will be deployed on the principles of Deming’s PDCA approach in two levels of training.

• Level 1 : Know Theory

• Level 2 : Can Do

WBP improves the factory environment, operators' mindset towards quality & productivity, improves visibility, clarity in responsibilities, reduces errors in work and in turn improves employee morale.
