Cultivating Continual Improvement (CCI)

  • The primary objective of this program is to inculcate continual improvement mindset and problem solving skills to the participants. Participants are typically from engineering background.

  • CCI improves the participants' self awareness, equips them with tools and techniques to realise and discover problems, identify the causes and confirm the root causes using simple tools and techniques, analyse the probable solutions and select the best solution, implement the solution(s) and finally enjoy the sense of satisfaction at seeing the problem resolved.

  • This training program will be deployed on the principles of Deming’s PDCA approach in three levels of training.

  • Training is conducted in three phases. In Phase I, participants are trained with theoretical resources and case studies to reach level 1, through techniques like think-pair-share, flipped classroom, etc.

  • In Phase II, the participants are guided to identify a problem and facilitated to develop solutions to reach level 2, through collaborative project based learning approaches.

  • In Phase III, tollgate reviews are conducted, implementation results are assessed and participants are felicitated.

  • CCI Ensures win-win for all stakeholders and improves placement potential.
