We are a NGO in Coimbatore with volunteers, qualified mentors and resource personnel working towards career growth of individuals through ‘EQ & IQ Development’. We organise events, training programmes and undertake projects that aim towards this collective growth of individuals, organisation, society and in turn our nation.

Our Projects
Many Programmes have been designed to benefit Students , Mid-Level Employees , Executives, Office and administration Staffs to enhance and develop Knowledge and Skills to Perform better.

The Projects are :
The main purpose of this program is to inculcate continual improvement mindset and problem solving skills to the participants. Participants are typically from engineering background
The objective of this program is to train the factory workmen, supervisors and executives to develop a better workplace and improved production system.
The outcome of this program is to develop the students' workability through internships. Students will be offered with opportunities to work in industry mini-projects along with their employees and at the same time mentored by our Anandhamayam Foundation mentors.
The aim of this program is to create an awareness of the students' on quality profile building process and placement opportunities in India and abroad through a series of seminars offered by our expert team.
